Student at University of Vienna, systems developer with 4+ years of programming experience, and a freelancer in multiple areas.
Very passionate about programming, low-level systems and architecture design, focusing on creating tools that solve real problems. I am one of those people who can still code by hand and enjoy the process, while also being very confident with various AI tools. Currently learning about syscalls, operating system internals and various concepts of cybersecurity, as well as experimenting with bare-metal embedded development.
Loom - A web app for tracking projects, studies, and ideas as one connected graph rather than a task list. You can read about it more at the projects page. Aimed to be self-hosted, but anyone can sign up and try it at loom.nikdor.xyz
Jigsaw - a simple torrent client written in Rust. The project is in early stages, but the goal is to create a fast and efficient torrent client compltely from zero.
Push - a custom shell for Linux written from scratch in C++. A learning project to study how operating system shells work and hands-on practice with calling syscalls and writing parser/lexer.
A Youtube video about writing a functioning shell for arduino platform. Still in production, but should come out in a month or so.
Reverse engineering - currently learning how to reverse engineer software and understand how it works. Also revising my assembly programming skills this way.
Databoxer - released v0.3.0 after a long time with many IO-related improvements and overrall project structure refactor.

A distributed VPN platform with an active userbase, node-side agents, automated access and subscription lifecycles, usage tracking, and account management. Previously developed as a side project, now being actively maintained and improved.
